What is Tabindah?
Tabindah is a free digital memorial platform created for families and communities who want to honour the lives of those they have lost. We believe every person deserves a beautiful, lasting tribute — a place where their story, photographs, and the memories shared by the people who loved them can live on forever.
Our mission
Grief is universal, and so is the need to remember. Tabindah exists to make it easy for anyone — regardless of technical ability — to create a dignified, heartfelt memorial that the whole family can visit, contribute to, and share.
We are committed to keeping Tabindah free for grieving families. There are no paywalls, no expiry dates on memorials, and no advertisements placed alongside your loved one's tribute.
How it works
- Submit a memorial — fill in a short form with the name, dates, city, and a biography for your loved one, along with an optional photograph.
- Moderation — our team reviews every submission to ensure the platform remains a respectful, safe space. Approved memorials are published within 24 hours.
- Community tributes — once published, friends, family, and community members can leave written tributes, photographs, and videos on the memorial's Memory Wall.
- Share — each memorial has its own link you can share via WhatsApp, social media, or email so everyone who knew them can participate.
