1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Tabindah ("the Platform") you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. Tabindah is built and operated by Ahmed Hassan.

2. The service

Tabindah provides a free platform for creating and sharing digital memorial pages for deceased individuals. All memorial submissions are subject to moderation before publication. We reserve the right to decline, remove, or edit any submission at our sole discretion.

3. User-generated content

When you submit a memorial, tribute, comment, or media file ("Content"), you represent and warrant that: you have the right to submit the Content; it is accurate and not misleading; it does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights; it does not contain defamatory, abusive, hateful, or illegal material; you have obtained consent from any living individuals identifiable in photographs or videos you upload. By submitting Content you grant Tabindah a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, display, and distribute that Content as part of the Platform.

4. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to: create memorials for living persons without their consent; submit false or malicious content; use the Platform for commercial promotion or spam; attempt to access administrative functions without authorisation; circumvent rate limits or attempt to harm the Platform.

5. Moderation

All content is reviewed by our moderation team. We reserve the right to remove any Content that violates these Terms or that we consider inappropriate, without notice or liability.

6. Intellectual property

The Tabindah name, logo, and platform design are the property of Tabindah. User-submitted Content remains the property of its respective submitters, subject to the licence granted above.

7. Limitation of liability

Tabindah is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Availability and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Platform, or to remove any Content or account, at any time and without liability.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
